Appointments can be scheduled online. Deposits or full payments may be required to secure your booking. By providing your payment details, you authorize Duke's Details & Dynamics to charge your card for services requested.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand plans change. Please contact us at [email protected] at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel. Refunds for deposits are not guaranteed and are at Duke's Details & Dynamics’s discretion.

5. Communication and Messaging

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive messages from Duke's Details & Dynamics, including appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, marketing messages, and review requests via SMS or email.
